In short
This policy applies to everyone who uses Weir — through the dashboard, the API, the MCP server, or an SDK — and to every agent or application acting with your keys or your approval. It is part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by automated agents you connect.
Do not use the Service, or content obtained through it, to:
Weir retrieves content that is publicly available. Do not use it, or try to use it, to reach private communities, protected or private accounts, direct messages, deleted content you have no right to, or anything behind a login. Do not supply credentials, cookies, or tokens belonging to anyone else.
Do not use the Service for anything illegal, to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, or to store, distribute, or seek out unlawful content, including any content that sexually exploits children. You are responsible for making sure your use of retrieved content — including using it to train or evaluate machine-learning models — complies with the laws that apply to you and the rights of the content's authors.
We may investigate suspected violations, and may revoke keys, disable monitors or webhooks, suspend workspaces, or close accounts. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you what we found and give you a chance to respond first; where the harm is serious or ongoing, we may act immediately. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Refunds after an account is closed for a violation are handled under the Refund Policy.
If you believe someone is using Weir in a way this policy forbids — including to target you — email support@weirapp.io with as much detail as you can. We read every report.
