WEIR

Free tool

Twitter profile analyzer

See how any public X account performs: posting rhythm, views, engagement rate, best days and hours, and top posts. No X account needed.

About 70 credits for the last 60 posts, from your free Weir credits (5,000 a month, no card).

How it works

The analyzer reads the account’s profile and its latest posts through Weir’s API, leaves out reposts, and works out the numbers in your browser. It looks at the last 60 or so posts, which is enough to see a posting rhythm without spending many credits.

For a step-by-step method, AI prompts and a script that does the same from code, read the Twitter account analyzer guide. To work out the rate for a single post, use the engagement rate calculator, and to compare several accounts, see Twitter competitor analysis.

Questions

What does the Twitter profile analyzer show?

From the account's last 60 or so posts: how often it posts, median views, median engagement rate, the weekdays and hours it posts most, which formats it uses, and its three posts with the most engagement.

Can I analyze someone else's account?

Yes, any public account. X's own analytics only covers your own account; this works on competitors, brands and creators too. Protected accounts cannot be analyzed.

How is the engagement rate worked out?

For each post, likes plus reposts plus replies plus quotes, divided by views. The tool shows the median across the posts, so one viral post does not skew it.

Is it free?

Yes, with a free Weir account: 5,000 credits every month, no card. One report uses about 70 credits, so the free plan covers about 70 reports a month.

Why are reposts left out?

A repost carries the original author's numbers, not the account's own, so counting it would distort the views and engagement rate.

What time zone are the days and hours in?

UTC. Convert to your own time zone to plan posts.
